RJ Hall

RJ Hall is a Senior Associate at North Equity, responsible for investment origination, financial analysis, due diligence and transaction execution, as well as portfolio company support. Prior to joining North Equity, RJ spent over five years with the Watermill Group, a Boston-based private equity firm, where he led deal execution, managed the investment pipeline, and drove deal sourcing strategy. RJ is from Marietta, GA, and graduated with a B.A. in Economics and a minor in Entrepreneurial Leadership Studies from Tufts University where he was an All-American captain of the baseball team.
